I have tried the Spiced Potato Bites and the Chicken Do-Piaza. The Spiced Potato Bites spices, certainly made a huge difference to a normally plain side dish. The aroma from the chicken do piaza spices seemed to fill the kitchen as soon as I started cooking. Fantastic!

What I love about Curries4u is the fact that all the work has been done for you, measured exactly. All you need to do is to add it to your ingredients, each spice bag giving you something totally different each time. A very clever idea! I have more to try and will definately be ordering again.
The Korma curry was a success. I will definitely have some more of the Korma Curry spice packs.

Yes, we tried a Chicken Korma and a Lamb Rogan Josh so far. The Korma was excellent, easy to do, very tasty if a little hotter than Pam was expecting.

The Lamb Rogan was lovely, our bit of Lamb was a bit chewy (should've bought a better cut!), I had a bit of trouble initially trying to fry the spices, I was using my very large flat bottomed pan, so the butter was spread too thin. I used a bit more butter and got away with it. If doing it again I would use a smaller pan for that bit and I think I'd be OK then.
